This weeks guest is prolific Dutch Producer Mark August.His first releases on Mezzotinto and Curle Recordings have been embraced and charted by the likes of Ame, Laurent Garnier, Steve Bug, Ripperton, Miss Kittin, Monika Kruse, Dixon, Tiefschwarz and Karotte. Warm was a fantastic debut and paved the way for his recent marriage to Connaisseur Records. My own mix this week features a classic 1989 number to kick off, Virgo's Do you Know Who You Are? is pretty hard to find and still sounds good. Its followed by a track thats bound to be everywhere in the next few months after its release in September. DJ Gregory apparently commissioned Ame for this mix of his classic Elle which came out on Faya Combo a few years ago. They certainly do the Ame thing.. a definite winner!
